Purchase and delivery guidance for PrimeArk | Ragnarok.

Who receives my purchase?

Paid items, currency, creatures, structures, and encounter admissions are delivered to the purchasing account.

How long do rewards last?

Physical rewards, items, structures, creatures, and encounter admissions are current-wipe assets unless a product explicitly states otherwise. The currently live pre-plugin Arc Surge packs retain their existing wipe-limited benefits. The redesigned, staged PrimeArk Supporter Memberships are monthly account-level subscriptions and are not canceled by a wipe; world-bound assets are not automatically restored.

How does delivery work after the PrimeArk plugin launches?

You may need to join the server and use /claim. Physical and creature rewards can wait until your character is online and delivery is safe. Staged post-plugin products remain disabled until fulfillment is validated. The currently live pre-plugin Arc Surge products retain their existing delivery method.

What are the paid creature rules?

Purchased creatures are L900/server-perfect-tame equivalent, imprinted where supported, and neutered. They do not grant PrimeArk progression unlocks simply for being purchased. Creature delivery uses Dino Storage v2 trapped-soul claims once validated.

Do boss packs let me summon bosses directly?

No. Boss purchases provide PrimeArk Encounter admissions. Join the PrimeArk Encounter Queue; encounters run on BOSS-01. Direct player boss summoning is disabled. Buying admission grants no boss progression credit; winning an actual encounter can.

Can I buy a pack more than once?

War Chests, Gear & Utility, Dino Packs, Boss Rush, and PrimeArk Bundles are repeatable through separate purchases. Each checkout locks the package quantity to 1. The staged Arc Surge memberships renew monthly after each successful payment, rather than being once-per-wipe purchases.

How do Arc Surge upgrades work?

For the redesigned staged monthly memberships, upgrades replace active privileges and grant appropriate remaining/delta benefits without a duplicate full Monthly Arc Surge Drop. Downgrades normally apply at renewal. Canceling stops future renewals while the paid period continues; earned rewards and permanent recognition remain. Membership survives official wipes. The currently live pre-plugin packs retain their existing fulfillment until cutover.

Are rewards shared across bundle components?

Each included component pack is granted in full; overlapping consumable quantities are additive.

Does Ultimate Tek Structures include the Ultimate Tek Plot?

No. The Ultimate Tek Plot is excluded.

Where can I learn about the new memberships?

The new storefront will include Supporters and Supporter Membership FAQ pages covering guaranteed monthly caches, rotating choices, allowances, optional missions, tenure, cosmetics-only Surge Charge and community benefits. Vanguard is $4.99/month, Catalyst $9.99/month and Overdrive $14.99/month. These memberships remain disabled pending validated subscription fulfillment.
